Dear Mr. Jahn,
My husband and I would like you to know how much we like the new Vyn-All windows that were installed in our home last week by Hank and Kevin. These men worked very hard on Thursday and again on Friday morning getting our old windows out which was a hard job for them and then did a teriffic job of installing the new windows... ... 8 in all. We went with the brass muttons in the front 4 windows after your salesman, James Tell, told us how nice they would look since we also had brass trim on our storm door....... before that we didn't realize that brass muttons were available. James was also such a big help in helping us come to our decision on your windows.....he truly knows his job. We have been very pleased with everyone connected with your company from our first phone call from Jenny, dealing with Darlene in your office setting up our appointments and business dealings, James the night he came to present us with your windows, and then Hank and Kevin with the installation. Forgot to mention it was also nice meeting you, too, when you came to our home and remeasured the windows. All in all we would recommend you all highly and feel free to give us as a reference for any other business in our area. I also told James to stop in to see our windows any time he is in the area.

Our new windows are
the talk of the neighborhood!
For years we had talked about installing a bay window to add some interest
to the exterior of our brick house, ans some depth to a long, narrow living
room. When we visited your showroom, you made it easy to choose from high quality
and affordable options, including brass edging that matched our new storm doors.
We found exactly what we wanted, and decided on a new look for the dining room
too. But that was not all...you and your team also customized two other windows
to enclose stained glass that a friend had made for us.
Installation was scheduled at our convenience, and the installers Bobby and
Al could not have been more professional and expert. With precision, they installed
the bay window in the living room, the new window in the dining room, and the
two stained glass windows. They all fit perfectly, and the workmanship in the
windows and the carpentry was flawless. When I got home from work, the whole
neighborhood was there to admire the job.
A few weeks later,
we decided to replace three upstairs windows on the front of the house
with larger awning windows. This job was also unique in that it required
the removal of several bricks and part of the in wall to make room
for the larger windows. Once again, the quality of the windows, and
the installation by Bobby and AI exceeded our expectations. The neighbors
give us a "thumbs up" as they walk or drive by. They all
want to know when we'll be replacing the other windows... and we plan
to do so in the spring.

Dear June,
I wanted to let you know how much we love our windows. We can't believe the difference it made in how comfortable the attic is. Cold air used to pour in and under the door on the second floor, but there is a significant difference. The attic is now much more "user friendly". We may actually be using the space for a short time for a temporary bedroom for my sister who is returning to PA. Thanks again for the great deal. Feal free to give my name to prospective customers.
